On Thursday we drove out to Borrego Springs to see the free standing sculptures that surround the small desert community. It was a perfect day for a ride to the desert. In the summer the temperature can reach 115 degrees. On the day we went it was 71 and the skies were clear. We couldn't have asked for better weather. Sorry to say, we didn't see any UFOs.
