Chinese "ghost cities" and Lieder's Zetas...

Nancy Lieder and her pals, the Zetas, have friends and foes in unequal numbers.  No one knows for sure how many people believe her and who doesn't.  But as far as she's concerned, the Chinese government is in her corner.  She knows this because the Chinese have been building "ghost cities" for as long as she's been reporting on what the Zetas have to say concerning the ongoing Earth changes.  They are preparing for the future by building cities away from coastal areas.  One of them is built in the middle of a Mongolian desert.

After the jarring pole shift happens, Lieder believes that the "new" South Pole will be India.  Evidently she believes this pole shift will be a physical one as opposed to a geomagnetic shift of polarities.  The 7 of 10 scenarios she predicts paint a picture of a reconfigured Earth that no one alive today would recognize, with some land masses gone and others appearing.  Are the Chinese really taking what she says seriously?  And if not, then what is their reason for building so many uninhabited cities?  Some people have speculated that they may have been built to house a hybrid race of ETs when they finally reveal themselves and come to live among us. 

Like many other neo-prophets of doom many, if not most, of Nancy Lieder's past predictions have failed miserably.  Are the Chinese taking her track record into account?  Do they know something we don't? 

Lieder has mentioned before that all these Earth changes will take place "well before" the year 2012 comes to an end.  This means her 7 of 10 bag of tricks could happen any time between now and then.
